About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Project Manager to own the development and execution of marketing projects, ensuring they stay on budget and within the allotted time frame. The role schedules meetings to keep stakeholders and team members informed about project timelines and creates weekly and monthly goals, reports, and dashboards. The ideal candidate has marketing experience, strong project management skills, and the ability to drive projects through to completion. This is a remote position.

Requirements

Extensive experience managing marketing projects from start to finish.
Strong time management skills.
Experience working with project management software and systems.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Marketing experience.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing projects on time and within budget.
Work with members of the marketing department and across multiple departments to execute goals and objectives.
Manage and allocate resources to improve capacity and efficiency.
Maintain clear communication throughout each project.
Create reports and presentations on project management, efficiency, and outcomes.
Maintain an overview of the marketing calendar to ensure projects remain on track.
Schedule meetings to keep stakeholders and team members informed about project timelines.
Create weekly and monthly goals, reports, and dashboards.
