About The Position

Flagship Specialty Partners is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing Project Coordinator to support a fast-paced, growing healthcare marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys managing multiple priorities, and is highly comfortable working with stakeholders and a variety of digital tools, systems, and platforms. The Marketing Project Coordinator will play a key role in keeping marketing projects moving efficiently from concept to completion, while also supporting website updates, event setup, vendor coordination, reporting, and day-to-day marketing operations for multiple practice brands and locations. A strong aptitude for learning new technologies quickly and navigating multiple systems with confidence is essential for success in this role.

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in marketing, project coordination, admin, or operations
  • Highly tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, platforms, and tools
  • Comfortable working across multiple digital platforms simultaneously (web, CRM, event systems, project tools, etc.)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Positive, team-first attitude

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Project Management systems like Monday.com
  • Healthcare or multi-location experience is a plus
  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS preferred

Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming marketing requests and help prioritize workflows
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and project milestones in our PM systems
  • Coordinate with internal team members, practice leaders, providers and vendors
  • Help ensure projects stay on schedule and organized
  • Update website content in WordPress
  • Upload blogs, provider bios, landing pages, and forms
  • Help maintain accuracy across multiple websites and listings
  • Coordinate and schedule social media content in scheduling platforms
  • Build registration pages, forms, and event setup in web platforms
  • Support CE programs, referral events, and internal meetings
  • Help coordinate attendee lists, invitations, and logistics
  • Coordinate production of marketing materials, signage, apparel, and print assets
  • Assist with proofing and quality control per brand standards
  • Maintain the internal store and keep organized asset libraries
  • Data entry and upkeep of marketing databases and spreadsheets
  • Assist with campaign reporting and KPI tracking
  • Support miscellaneous marketing initiatives as needed
