  • Familiarity with the Adobe suite and virtual event platforms such as Zoom.
  • Video editing or basic multimedia production skills for repurposing content.

Responsibilities

  • Build, QA, and send email campaigns and nurture cadences in HubSpot, manage lists, segments, and lifecycle stages, run A/B tests, report on results, manage the send calendar, and maintain deliverability.
  • Own the social media content calendar for LinkedIn and secondary channels, schedule and publish content, adapt content from the lead writer into channel-native posts, track followers, and manage community response.
  • Assist with logistics for conferences, trade shows, and webinars, own webinar execution from registration to follow-up, and run pre- and post-event promotion.
  • Execute multi-channel integrated campaigns according to the plan, maintain the shared calendar, build and QA landing pages and forms connected to the CRM, manage tracking and UTM parameters, repurpose core content into channel-specific assets, and organize the asset library.
  • Handle daily marketing operations hygiene in HubSpot and Salesforce, including data integrity, lead routing, and sales hand-offs, build and maintain dashboards and reports, and manage projects in Monday.com.
  • Publish and update website pages, blog posts, and resources in the CMS, maintain on-page SEO fundamentals, monitor organic performance, and manage the gated resource library and conversion paths.
