We're opening an execution-focused role that turns our marketing strategy into shipped work. The Marketing Programs Specialist is the operational engine behind two pillars—new business acquisition and client/product communications—and works as an AI-first marketer who uses AI as the default way to get things done. This role reports to the CMO and supports Demand Gen and Product Marketing. Strategy stays with the functional leads; this role will support program execution. Pillar 1 focuses on acquisition with Demand Gen, including ad campaigns, prospect events and webinars, and acquisition nurtures. Pillar 2 focuses on Client & Product Comms with Product Marketing, including client story activation, developer release communications, and lifecycle/customer communications. This role is designed to be an execution partner for Demand Gen, taking campaign and event logistics off their plate so they can focus on strategy and channel performance. For Product Marketing, this role will operationalize and distribute client stories, product/release comms, and lifecycle programs, turning their narrative into shipped, multi-channel output. This role will provide Sales with more consistent enablement assets and customer stories reaching them faster. It will also serve as a reliable channel for Client Success & Enablement to get customer wins and release notes packaged and out the door to the right audiences. This role is deliberately not a strategy role, a people-management role, or a partnership-design role. It executes against the plans the functional leads set. To keep it effective, tasks should be part of systematic and recurring programs, not one-off requests. This is the first role being built from the ground up around heavy AI use; the person will use AI across every workflow and set the pace for what an AI-first marketer looks like here.
