Marketing Programs Specialist

SymmetryScottsdale, AZ
$64,000 - $78,000Hybrid

About The Position

Symmetry is seeking an execution-focused Marketing Programs Specialist to translate marketing strategy into tangible work. This role will serve as the operational engine for two key areas: new business acquisition and client/product communications. The ideal candidate will be an AI-first marketer, utilizing AI tools as their primary method for accomplishing tasks. This position reports to the CMO and supports Demand Generation and Product Marketing teams. While functional leads will retain strategy ownership, this role is responsible for program execution. For Demand Generation, this means acting as an execution partner to manage campaign and event logistics, freeing up strategists to focus on strategy and channel performance. For Product Marketing, this role will operationalize and distribute client stories, product/release communications, and lifecycle programs, transforming narratives into multi-channel output. This role will also provide Sales with more consistent enablement assets and customer stories, and serve as a reliable channel for Client Success & Enablement to package and distribute customer wins and release notes. This role is deliberately not a strategy, people-management, or partnership-design role. It focuses on executing plans set by functional leads, with an emphasis on systematic and recurring programs rather than one-off requests. This is the first role at Symmetry built from the ground up around heavy AI utilization, with the expectation that the individual will use AI across all workflows and set the standard for an AI-first marketer within the company.
