About The Position

We're looking for a Marketing Programs Manager to help us deliver a complete marketing experience and help lead every facet of our outbound efforts. This is a hands-on, high-energy role! You'll work alongside our growth lead, product marketing lead, and marketing ops specialist to execute campaigns, run events, produce content, and support analyst relations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a marketing generalist to join a fast-growing team at a high-growth startup solving critical cybersecurity challenges for industrial operations using AI.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing at an OT software or cybersecurity company
  • Hands-on experience executing multi-channel campaigns (email, webinars, paid, content)
  • Experience with design tools (Canva, Figma) for creating or polishing marketing assets
  • Experience planning and running field events or trade shows, including vendor management and logistics
  • Proficiency with marketing automation and CRM tools (we use HubSpot)
  • Experience communicating to leadership using data from reports you created
  • Willingness to travel to events (estimated 5-10% travel)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience supporting analyst relations or AR programs (e.g., Gartner, Forrester)
  • Background working on a small marketing team where you wore multiple hats
  • Experience creating and editing pages with Wordpress

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end execution of email nurtures, webinars, paid campaigns, and other demand gen programs.
  • Monitor asset and campaign performance metrics and report on results.
  • Plan and manage trade shows, hosted events, and webinars including vendor coordination, logistics, and pre/post-event content and follow-up.
  • Write and refine B2B marketing content (blogs, case studies, emails, social posts) while helping maintain brand style guidelines. You don't write everything from scratch, but you elevate the quality of everything you touch.
  • Assist with briefing industry analysts, preparing supporting materials, and coordinating logistics for analyst interactions.
