About The Position

TENEX.AI is hiring a Marketing Program Manager to own the operational backbone of how we reach the security community. You'll run the calendar, coordinate contributors, and ship every program — blogs, newsletter, webinars, podcast, and events — on schedule. The role suits someone who likes building the system as much as running it. This role reports to VP, Marketing.

Requirements

  • 6+ years running B2B marketing programs, ideally in cybersecurity, infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS.
  • Track record managing multi-channel programs end-to-end — content, webinars, and events — not just one lane.
  • Working fluency in marketing automation and CRM platforms; able to build, send, segment, and report without engineering help.
  • Project management chops — running calendars, holding contributors to deadlines, and unblocking work without escalation.
  • Writing and editing skill — you can draft a newsletter and edit a blog without handing it off.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing into security buyers (CISOs, SOC leaders, security engineers).
  • HubSpot, Marketo, or Salesforce platform certification.
  • Podcast production experience (Riverside, Descript, or equivalent).
  • Event management platform fluency (Bizzabo, Goldcast, Splash, Cvent).
  • SEO tooling fluency (Semrush, Ahrefs, Clearscope).

Responsibilities

  • Own the marketing calendar end-to-end, ensuring all campaigns, launches, and events are planned, resourced, and executed on time
  • Coordinate cross-functional dependencies across content, demand gen, design, sales, and product teams
  • Build and maintain project timelines, milestones, and status dashboards so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external agencies, freelancers, and technology vendors
  • Manage SOWs, contracts, and deliverable reviews to keep partners accountable and on-brand
  • Identify and onboard new vendors as the team scales
  • Track and reconcile the marketing budget across programs, ensuring spend aligns with priorities
  • Process POs, invoices, and accruals in coordination with Finance
  • Flag budget risks or reallocation opportunities proactively to the Head of Marketing
  • Build and standardize repeatable processes (intake, approvals, briefs, retrospectives) to increase team efficiency
  • Manage and optimize the team's project management tooling (Asana, Monday, etc.)
  • Maintain a single source of truth for team priorities, capacity, and roadmap
  • Run weekly team syncs and facilitate cross-team standups to keep alignment tight
  • Manage shared team resources — asset libraries, templates, brand guidelines
  • Anticipate blockers and resolve them before they impact delivery
  • Track KPIs and program milestones, producing regular status reports for leadership
  • Coordinate quarterly planning and OKR-setting cycles for the marketing org

Benefits

  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A culture of growth and development, with opportunities to expand your knowledge in AI, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
