About The Position

Branch is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Program Manager to join our Strategy and Activation team within the Marketing department. You will be the go-to collaborator for creating campaigns that drive engagement, pipeline and new business within the teams you support. Reporting to the Marketing Strategist for your vertical pod, you will bridge strategy and execution — driving measurable impact across your verticals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in ABM, Demand Generation, or prospect-facing roles.
  • Strong understanding of ABM principles and hands-on experience running both 1:1 and scaled campaigns.
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust across Sales, Leadership, and the broader org.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MarTech/tools/platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Abmatic, or similar products
  • Aptitude and interest in leveraging AI tools and platforms as an amplifier (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Clay). At Branch, AI is not just about working faster, it’s about working bigger.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the ABM approach for your assigned verticals, executing omni-channel programs tied to specific, measurable business outcomes.
  • Create and optimize programs that drive marketing engagement at a vertical level.
  • Oversee the creation and facilitation of compelling content, ensuring it aligns with the target audience and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor, measure, and analyze marketing initiatives' performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization. Continuously refine strategies and tactics based on data-driven insights.
  • Scale marketing programs efficiently, adapting strategies to accommodate growth and changing market conditions.
