About The Position

This role is for a Marketing Program Manager at HH Global, a global leader in responsible marketing activation services. The position supports a client's hardware business, which is expanding its brands, product portfolio, services, and subscriptions. As a member of this team, the manager will help drive the highest priority initiatives for the client's Marketing organization through their proprietary program. The role sits within the Strategy, Insights, Analytics and Operations Group in Marketing and is tasked with helping to drive the organization forward and foster culture and community through selected strategic initiatives. A successful Marketing Program Manager applies program management and business acumen with creative problem-solving and brings thought-leadership to key decisions. They are a self-starter and natural collaborator, able to partner and learn from peers across the organization and globe to adapt quickly. The mindset required is global and scalable, with a tactical and practical approach, motivated by the opportunity to make a deep impact through program management across Global, Region, and Local teams to improve horizontal collaboration.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4+ years of program management experience within research or marketing.
  • 2+ years of experience working within a complex large organization.
  • Working knowledge of project management software.
  • Long-term strategic thinking balanced with near-term execution skills.
  • Ability to take data and distill it into a meaningful and coherent story.
  • Executive-level written and visual presentation skills, with effective oral communication capabilities with peers, management and cross-functional teams.
  • High level of EQ/soft skills required to be successful at navigating the ambiguity of large, complex organizations with significant growth in a short amount of time.

  • Experience in marketing, program management, and building scalable processes preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Guide clients and team members through the program initiative for each new product.
  • Lead change across Marketing in partnership with Managers by reinforcing the use of the program.
  • Hold cross-functional teams accountable and celebrating and highlighting wins when positive behavior change is observed.
  • Partner with all cross-functional teams to improve collaboration through the use of the program.
  • Drive efficiency and consistency across numerous teams within the organization.
  • Lead cross-functional meetings with 50+ stakeholders to maintain timelines and deliverables, manage and escalate risks, providing solutions to successfully move things forward.
  • Daily program prioritization, requirements gathering, scheduling, and coordination of cross-functional teams and approval processes.
  • Partner and collaborate with clients and partners on ways of working to enable the organization’s program managers to enable successful landings.
  • Assess ambiguous problems, analyze, scope the solution and show impact.
  • Create detailed program plans, success metrics, and align key stakeholders.
  • Establish and lead operating processes and tools for effectively managing and scaling programs for long-term success and sustainability.
  • Partner effectively on behalf of the business internally and cross-functionally to drive key programs, processes, and initiatives.
  • Provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads and senior management regarding project status, resource requirements, issues, and priorities.

  • Establish communications strategy and cadence for varied audiences.
