Marketing Production Coordinator

The Marketing Production Coordinator will be responsible for managing the production and delivery of digital and email marketing solutions in the automotive industry. This role involves collaborating with internal departments, ensuring campaigns are deployed within service level agreements, coordinating with internal teams and vendors for client launches and monthly deployments, managing customer updates, submitting proofs for approval, and consistently exceeding client expectations.

• Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill contracts and resolve issues related to the supported solution
• Ensure timely deployment of new and existing campaigns within Service Level Agreement
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for new client launches and monthly recurring deployment cycles
• Manage monthly customer updates for email and digital marketing initiatives, including coordination with the Creative team
• Submit proofs for client approval and co-op pre-approval, if applicable
• Perform consistently, efficiently, and with a sense of urgency
• Escalate problems and issues through the proper channels
• Exceed client expectations and understand the impact on client relationships
• Keep the Sales Team informed of project or campaign status updates and relevant information
• Act as a team player and engage with professionalism and respect
• Possess a Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent relevant experience
• Have 2 years of experience in Marketing
• Demonstrate strong organizational, time management, and process management skills
• Deliver high-quality results in a deadline-driven environment
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Pay keen attention to detail
• Collaborate across departments and work as a team player
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, communications, or equivalent relevant experience

2 years’ experience in Marketing

Strong organizational, time management and process management skills

Ability to deliver high quality results in a deadline driven environment

Excellent communication skills

Keen attention to detail

Ability to collaborate across departments and work as a team player

Experience in automotive industry a plus
