Trackforce is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our global demand generation engine. This role is critical in ensuring that marketing programs execute efficiently, leads move quickly through the funnel, and performance is measurable and continuously improving. You will own the day-to-day execution and governance of marketing operations, including campaign setup, lifecycle automation, lead routing, scoring, reporting, and marketing technology administration. This role sits at the center of Marketing, SDR, Sales, and RevOps, ensuring alignment across teams and driving operational excellence across the funnel. Reporting into the marketing organization, this is a highly hands-on role for someone who enjoys building systems, improving workflows, and using data to drive better outcomes. You will play a key role in improving conversion rates, increasing speed to lead, and enabling scalable, high-performing marketing programs globally.
