As the Strategic Execution Lead within the marketing team, the Marketing Operations Manager serves as the operational engine for the firm’s growth initiatives. This role focuses on operationalizing the digital roadmap through the hands-on configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the systems and processes that power our marketing ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Digital and Integrated Marketing, you will be responsible for the technical execution of the “Lead-to-Revenue” journey, ensuring our technology stack—specifically HubSpot, Seismic, and Salesforce—is configured to drive workflow efficiency and deliver clear ROI. Working in close alignment with leadership’s strategic objectives, you will manage the data flows and reporting frameworks that provide actionable insights, ensuring marketing remains a measurable, high-performing driver of business development and client retention.
