quip is looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to join the Marketing team. This role will play a critical part in driving operational excellence across marketing initiatives, ensuring projects move efficiently from intake and planning through execution and delivery. The Marketing Operations Manager will own and optimize the processes, systems, tools, and workflows that support the broader Marketing and Creative teams across a wide range of campaigns, launches, and cross-functional initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously. This person will lead project and workflow management across a variety of marketing channels and formats, including email, print, events, video, digital campaigns, landing pages, social content, and other brand touchpoints. In addition to project management, this role will support budget tracking, asset organization, production coordination, and marketing systems administration. This role will partner closely with Marketing, Creative, and cross-functional teams across the organization to prioritize work, improve operational efficiency, and identify opportunities to integrate AI tools and automation into existing workflows. The right candidate is someone who enjoys building structure, solving operational challenges, and continuously improving how teams work together. This is a hybrid role based in our DUMBO, Brooklyn office two days per week.
