The Marketing Operations Manager owns the systems, standards, frameworks, and workflows that allow messaging and positioning to scale consistently across a large, matrixed marketing organization. The role translates high-level positioning strategy into repeatable messaging frameworks, templates, enablement resources, and measurement systems rather than personally creating campaigns or content. The manager builds and maintains the organization's messaging infrastructure and single source of truth, including documentation structures, tagging conventions, governance, versioning, and reusable components. The role designs scalable go-to-market enablement systems that marketing teams can reuse across portfolios, audiences, channels, and markets; defines success metrics around adoption, reuse, message clarity, and consistency; and uses insights to continuously improve the system. It also builds AI-enabled or AI-ready marketing workflows that increase speed and consistency while maintaining messaging guardrails, quality, and brand standards.
