About The Position

The AI Simulation (AISim) division at SandboxAQ is redefining what’s possible at the frontiers of science through AI-powered simulation. Our AQChemSim and AQBioSim businesses apply quantitative AI and scientific computing to complex challenges across biopharma, chemicals, advanced materials, energy, and beyond. The AISim Marketing team brings the same quantitative rigor to go-to-market, building the systems, programs, and insights that enable the business to scale. This role will sit within Marketing while partnering across the broader company to establish a best-in-class marketing operations and analytics foundation. The AISim Marketing team are looking for a Marketing Operations & Analytics Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for building our marketing measurement and operations function from the ground up. This is a rare greenfield opportunity to shape how SandboxAQ measures marketing performance, connects marketing activity to pipeline and revenue, and uses data to make better investment decisions. You will own the strategy and execution across our martech stack, marketing analytics, attribution, lifecycle programs, and reporting infrastructure. Working closely with Marketing, RevOps, Sales, Finance, and Product, you will create the systems and insights that turn marketing data into trusted business intelligence.

  • Experience in B2B, enterprise, SaaS, or deep-tech marketing, particularly in complex or technical buying environments.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools and automation to accelerate analysis, connect disparate data sources, improve workflows, and reduce manual marketing operations work.

  • Flexible paid time off, company-wide seasonal breaks, and support for flexible work arrangements that enable sustainable performance.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning and growth through on-the-job development, cross-functional collaboration, and access to internal learning and development programs.
