About The Position

We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to support and optimize our marketing efforts through strong vendor management and data-driven decision making. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing, analytics, and operations, owning how our marketing partners perform and how we measure success across channels. You’ll work directly with the CMO and play a key role in managing external partners, improving reporting infrastructure, and driving better outcomes across SEO, paid search, and other acquisition channels. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys digging into data, holding vendors accountable, and continuously improving systems rather than building from scratch.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, analytics, or performance marketing
  • Experience working with marketing data, reporting, and dashboards
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience managing or collaborating with external vendors or agencies
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in personal injury or legal marketing
  • Exposure to SEO and/or paid search performance metrics
  • Experience with tools such as HubSpot, CallRail, Domo, or similar platforms
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with multiple external marketing partners (SEO, paid search, and other acquisition channels)
  • Monitor performance, hold partners accountable to KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization
  • Lead regular vendor check-ins and performance reviews
  • Collaborate with vendors to test, iterate, and improve campaign performance
  • Maintain and improve marketing dashboards across platforms such as Domo, GA4, HubSpot, and CallRail
  • Ensure accurate, timely reporting of key metrics, including cost per lead, case acquisition cost, and lead quality
  • Analyze channel performance and provide actionable insights to improve ROI
  • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate reporting processes
  • Support ongoing improvements to attribution models and tracking infrastructure
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity across systems (CRM, call tracking, case management)
  • Help prioritize marketing investments based on performance data
  • Continuously refine processes to improve efficiency and visibility across the marketing function

Benefits

  • Competitive salary, commensurate with experience
  • Health, dental, vision and life insurance benefits
  • 401(k) with employer match
  • Paid holidays and vacation time
  • Positive and supportive office environment
