Arbor Homes is seeking a Marketing Manager to work closely with the VP of Marketing and the sales staff to create, implement, and oversee all internal and external communications efforts. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2+ years of experience creating, developing, managing, and analyzing public facing websites and webpages in a marketing environment
  • 2+ years of experience in social media platforms in a corporate setting
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong background in writing
  • Self-starter with demonstrated ability to maintain accountability and work on multiple projects while functioning as part of a cooperative team
  • Must have experience with email marketing and website management
  • Proficient or have working knowledge of Adobe suite of tools (Photoshop, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of Google and Social Media Analytics
  • Working knowledge of SEO/SEM
  • Working knowledge of Web Analytics
  • Working knowledge of Social Media Business Unit - Arbor Homes

Responsibilities

  • Managing online advertising using AdWords, Facebook, tracking traffic/conversions, and optimizing ads
  • Managing automated follow-up systems
  • Updating Zillow/Trulia and BDX online
  • Updating community collateral material
  • Managing the website by keeping information up to date and accurate
  • Developing content for the website and other publications
  • Nurturing leads through planned communications
  • Supporting the websites, the CRM system, Google Analytics, and AdWords
  • Reviewing web-based marketing content for grammar and factual information
  • Assisting with new community set up by helping to grand open new communities with realtor events, etc.
  • Working with signage companies for sales office setup and weekend directional
  • Managing social media by developing and implementing an overall social media strategy through organic and paid posting
  • Assisting with the creation, conception, and presentation of the social media strategy and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Day-to-day management and development of editorial content on social media platforms, including posts and discussions
  • Proactively interacting with online communities across all platforms
  • Using social media monitoring tools to monitor conversations
  • Researching and drafting blog posts that are relevant to the home building community
  • Working directly with a graphic designer to create print brochures
  • Working with a videographer to create branding videos for the company, communities, and product offerings
  • Working with a photographer to schedule shoots for homes and communities
  • Printing brochures, price sheets, included feature sheets, and other collateral for sales offices
