About The Position

The Marketing Manager is responsible for a wide array of marketing functions, including influencer marketing and brand partnerships, creative direction and event management, paid media and performance marketing (specifically Meta campaigns), operational systems and leadership, and social media management. This role involves strategic sourcing and cultivation of influencer relationships, end-to-end campaign management, performance analytics, and compliance. The manager will also lead photoshoot production, graphic design, and event strategy, collaborating with spa managers for seamless execution. Key responsibilities include managing Meta advertising campaigns from audience segmentation to budget allocation, overseeing creative asset production, and providing performance audits. Additionally, the role involves supervising and mentoring a Marketing Coordinator or Intern, optimizing digital asset management systems, and leading the social media strategy for IAS Academy and the primary med spa account, focusing on community growth and engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, vet, and cultivate relationships with key influencers and local community partners who align with the brand’s aesthetic and values.
  • Conceptualize and lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, including product/service placements, giveaways and sponsored content.
  • Establish KPIs for all partnership efforts. Track and analyze campaign ROI (reach, engagement, and conversion) to optimize future spend and partnership selection.
  • Ensure all influencer partnerships have clear deliverables and adhere to IAS guidelines and brand safety standards.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand photoshoots, including mood boarding, model sourcing, and on-site direction to ensure a cohesive visual library.
  • Create visually appealing graphics for social media posts, email marketing, and other marketing materials (as needed).
  • Manage the marketing lifecycle for corporate and location-specific events, including promotional timelines, physical collateral, and post-event recap analysis.
  • Work with spa managers to ensure corporate marketing initiatives are executed seamlessly at the location level.
  • End-to-end management of Meta advertising campaigns, from initial audience segmentation to budget allocation.
  • Oversee the creation of high-performing ad graphics and copy, utilizing data-driven insights to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
  • Provide monthly performance audits to the Marketing Director, offering actionable insights for campaign scaling.
  • Responsible for the mentorship, training, and daily workflow management of a Marketing Coordinator or Intern (as the team scales).
  • Maintain and optimize the organization of digital asset management systems (Canva, Box, etc.) to ensure departmental efficiency.
  • Act as the lead strategist for the IAS Academy’s social presence, defining the voice, visual identity, and engagement strategy to drive enrollment.
  • Direct the execution of Instagram Stories and real-time content for the primary med spa account, ensuring brand consistency.
  • Analyze engagement metrics to pivot and communicate with target audiences.
