About The Position

Experian is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the go-to-market execution for the housing and mortgage market. This role spans marketing, product marketing, and sales enablement, focusing on bringing data, analytics, and solutions to market to drive demand, adoption, and revenue growth. The Marketing Manager will translate strategy into execution by building campaigns, shaping positioning, and promoting sales within the complex housing landscape. They will also support AI and automation programs by creating clear, unique messaging for advanced capabilities. This position is based out of Southern California and is a remote role, though occasional time in the Costa Mesa office may be required. The role reports to the Senior Marketing Manager, Housing.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, and product marketing within mortgage, housing, financial services, or related industries
  • Experience implementing end-to-end marketing programs with a focus on campaign optimization and performance tracking
  • Ability to translate complex concepts, including data, analytics, AI, and automation, into compelling, and customer-friendly content
  • Collaboration skills working across teams, including Sales, Product, and Marketing

Responsibilities

  • Develop and activate positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans for mortgage and housing solutions, supporting new launches and ongoing growth.
  • Build content (decks, case studies, and product sheets) that supports campaigns and equips sales to accelerate opportunities.
  • Plan and support multi-channel campaigns (digital, emails, expertise content, events, and partnerships) to promote demand, engagement, and pipeline within the housing and mortgage market.
  • Turn complex data, analytics, and AI-driven capabilities into clear, customer-focused value propositions.
  • Implement events and webinars while monitoring housing trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform strategy.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to deliver aligned programs.
