Happy Returns is seeking a highly organized Marketing Manager to help grow and support our partner ecosystem. This role will lead key partner marketing initiatives including announcements, collateral, case studies, enablement materials, events, and partner-facing web experiences. The Marketing Manager will also support partner and retailer engagement through training sessions, customer visits, presentations, and events that communicate the value of Happy Returns. This is a hands-on role for a marketer who can balance strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is comfortable building partner-facing content, supporting product launches, coordinating events, and ensuring partners have the tools, messaging, and training they need to succeed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, B2B marketing, channel marketing, sales enablement, business development, or related fields, preferably within logistics or ecommerce. They are a strong writer, effective communicator, and detail-oriented project manager who thrives in cross-functional environments spanning marketing, sales, partnerships, product, and operations.
