About The Position

Our client, a fast-growing health tech startup, is hiring an Events Marketing Manager to build and scale the events function from the ground up. This is a highly visible, high-ownership role where you will define the company’s event strategy, execute impactful experiences, and help increase brand visibility with healthcare executives and health system leaders across the US. You will work directly with leadership and play a key role in shaping how the company builds relationships with customers, partners, and prospective hires. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on. You should be comfortable owning everything from executive dinners and summits to logistics, vendor management, attendee experience, and post-event analysis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in startup environments, enjoys building systems from scratch, and can execute at a high level with minimal oversight. Success in this role looks like building repeatable, high-impact event programs that strengthen relationships with healthcare leaders, elevate the company’s brand presence, and create measurable business outcomes.
