About The Position

The Events Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing high-quality events that align with Gainwell's strategic goals. This role involves collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless event management, from initial planning to post-event analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in event strategy, logistics, and marketing, with a focus on delivering value to all stakeholders. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in event planning and marketing.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in event management software and tools (e.g., Wrike, MediaFly).
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate event performance and ROI.

Responsibilities

  • Develop Event Calendar and Budgets: Create a comprehensive event calendar with clear timelines and budgets.
  • Organize Kick-off Meetings: Align stakeholders on goals, timelines, and responsibilities through kick-off meetings. Clarify roles and responsibilities for each event.
  • Oversee Budgeting Processes: Manage detailed budgeting processes involving multiple teams to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Maintain Communication: Provide regular updates and consultations with relevant parties to ensure alignment and input.
  • Manage Event Logistics: Handle contracts, booth logistics, and promotional items, ensuring timely ordering, payment, and shipping.
  • Develop and Execute Promotions: Create and manage promotional timelines, event listings, and client events, including invitations and logistics.
  • Post-Event Analysis: Conduct post-conference surveys, debrief meetings, and distribute reports to gather feedback and evaluate event impact.
