Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, partner marketing, or go-to-market roles at a technology company (healthcare or enterprise SaaS preferred).
  • A bias toward action, experimentation, and measurable impact.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both internal stakeholders and external partners with clarity and urgency.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting partner ecosystems, integrations, or platform-based business models.
  • Ability to translate complex product capabilities into simple, partner-ready messaging and enablement materials.
  • Willingness to learn and understand new partner business models.
  • Curiosity and willingness to quickly learn new partner business models, workflows, and healthcare market dynamics.
  • Conceptually understands Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and Software Development Kits (SDKs).
  • Well-spoken on the benefits of AI.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with healthcare technology, EHR workflows, or clinical documentation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Own the partner-facing product narrative, enablement, and launch readiness.
  • Develop messaging, onboarding materials, and partner toolkits to facilitate the adoption of Suki at scale.
  • Serve as the liaison between internal product teams and external partners to ensure effective packaging, launching, and support of partner integrations.
  • Continuously inform the product roadmap and execution based on partner feedback.
  • Create and validate the partner-facing product roadmap.
  • Develop partner-ready messaging and positioning.
  • Coordinate partner communications regarding product releases and service updates.
  • Own the enablement process for partners during product releases, including partner-facing documentation and internal partner launch coordination.
  • Develop and maintain partner onboarding, training, and readiness materials.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment among Product, Sales, Customer Success (CS), Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
  • Act as a structured channel for partner feedback into product by collecting feedback, identifying patterns, and driving prioritization discussions.
