STUDENT-Park Productions - Marketing Manager
About The Position
Park Productions is hiring two Marketing Managers. Applicants must be current Ithaca College students. The managers will work together to manage the organization’s social media accounts, website, event marketing, and newsletters. They will promote Park Productions to students who may be interested in joining and to potential clients who may be interested in hiring its services. Each manager will be scheduled for approximately 2–3 office hours per week, during which they are expected to complete most of their responsibilities. They are also expected to attend a 30-minute weekly team meeting and help represent Park Productions at events such as open houses. Applicants should submit a resume, a cover letter explaining their interest and relevant experience, and an example of a marketing piece they are proud of, such as a flyer or social media graphic. Applicants are also asked to sign up for the Marketing Team through the provided team-signup link. The hiring rate is $16.30 per hour. Requirements
- Must be a current Ithaca College student.
- Strong communication skills, including keeping up with emails and responding within a reasonable time to emails, texts, and Teams messages.
- Ability to work well as part of a team.
- Experience with social media management.

- Familiarity with Wix.
Responsibilities
- Manage Park Productions’ Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook accounts.
- Keep the Park Productions website up to date, including adding new staff headshots.
- Create a newsletter each semester recapping that semester’s activities.
- Represent Park Productions at events such as the Student Org Fair, Recruitment Night, and open houses.
- Market workshops held by other Park Productions staff.
- Promote Park Productions to prospective student members and potential clients.
