About The Position

Wellfit is bringing its marketing function in-house, and this individual-contributor role will shape how dental and healthcare practices, DSOs, and partners see the company. The Marketing Manager’s primary internal customer is the Sales team, and the role owns the creation and maintenance of sales materials, brand messaging, targeted campaigns, social content, and conference marketing. The position offers autonomy to set priorities with input from Sales and leadership and the opportunity to build Wellfit’s in-house marketing function. The role partners closely with the Director of Commercial Success, who routes and prioritizes Sales requests. New messaging is reviewed by the Director of Commercial Success, Product, Compliance, and Legal before it reaches customers. Approved materials are maintained in a shared library, and Sales reps can personalize them using templates and AI tools. The position is hybrid, with three days per week onsite in Irving, Texas. The base salary is $95,000–$120,000, with bonus eligibility. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage, generous paid time off, and a 401(k) with up to a 4% match.
