About The Position
Pinnacle Private Credit is partnering with a rapidly growing alternative financing firm to hire a hands-on, performance-driven Marketing Manager. This organization specializes in providing flexible capital solutions to small and mid-sized businesses. The Marketing Manager will build and scale the acquisition engine from the ground up, executing, testing, and winning. This role involves launching campaigns, reading data, and scaling what works, with full ownership of marketing efforts from paid acquisition to conversion optimization, directly impacting revenue.
Requirements
- 2+ years in paid media / lead generation
- Strong experience with Meta Ads
- Data-driven but creatively sharp
- Comfortable with tracking + attribution
- Scrappy, hands-on, and adaptable
- Must be local to Brooklyn OR NYC metropolitan area

Responsibilities
- Launching and scaling paid campaigns (Meta primary, TikTok secondary)
- Testing creatives, angles, and messaging
- Analyzing performance and optimizing daily
- Building and managing tracking systems (pixels, attribution, events)
- Improving landing pages + conversion rates
- Contributing to organic and content strategy
- Working closely with internal tech + external design teams
