About The Position

The Marketing Manager owns ZELUS’s pipeline engine and national brand. This builder role is responsible for creating an AI-powered marketing operation that generates qualified leads among owners, general contractors, and design firms, while strengthening ZELUS’s recognition in scan-to-BIM and VDC. The manager tests go-to-market strategies, measures outcomes, scales effective programs, and ends ineffective ones. The role leads multi-channel demand generation, account-based marketing, CRM and marketing automation, brand positioning, case studies, events, website strategy, SEO, content, and thought leadership. It also integrates AI into marketing workflows, evaluates emerging channels including AI search, develops the annual marketing plan and budget tied to divisional growth targets, and reports monthly to the CEO on pipeline, spending, and return. The manager oversees agencies, freelancers, and marketing tools, and may hire as the function grows. ZELUS is a U.S.-owned BIM and VDC consulting firm with roughly 17 years in the field, serving clients across all 50 states, including more than 20 Fortune 500 clients. Its divisions provide laser scanning and reality capture with scan-to-BIM modeling, and model coordination and VDC expertise. The position is hybrid in Phoenix, Arizona, and is exempt and salaried.
