About The Position

This role supports the development of enterprise-wide marketing strategies that align business objectives, audience insights, and organizational priorities. The Marketing Manager will translate complex business challenges into structured marketing approaches, clear strategic recommendations, and actionable plans. They will create clarity and alignment in ambiguous situations by defining the problem, evaluating options, and recommending a strong path forward. This role also serves as a thought partner to senior stakeholders, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and optimization paths. The position involves architecting execution strategies, building comprehensive execution roadmaps, and supporting complex, multi-channel initiatives. The ideal candidate will anticipate execution challenges and proactively adjust plans to maintain momentum and outcomes. Additionally, they will design and build executive-ready PowerPoint presentations, translate complex concepts into compelling narratives, and ensure all presentations meet a high standard of polish. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, the ability to make sound decisions in fast-moving environments, and the capacity to adjust plans quickly when priorities shift. Cross-functional leadership and stakeholder management are key, including directing working teams, facilitating alignment, and maintaining strong relationships with leadership. Finally, the role involves defining success metrics, reviewing performance data, synthesizing insights, and applying learnings to improve future strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, marketing strategy, program leadership, product marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise-scale initiatives requiring strategic planning and complex execution.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, with demonstrated experience designing and building executive-level presentations.
  • Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate ambiguity into structured, executable plans.
  • Demonstrated strength in problem solving, decision-making, and navigating shifting priorities.
  • Extensive experience working in matrixed, cross-functional corporate environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.
