About The Position

The Marketing Enterprise Project Manager is responsible for driving disciplined, end‑to‑end execution of complex, cross‑functional marketing initiatives, ensuring work moves from intake to delivery with clarity, accountability, and momentum. This role emphasizes strong project and program management as the core capability, supported by a solid working knowledge of AI automation, AI system architecture, and AI functionality embedded within critical marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Qualified) to ensure enterprise marketing processes run reliably at scale. In this role, you will lead large‑scale, enterprise marketing projects that increasingly rely on AI‑assisted workflows, embedded AI agents, and deeply integrated tools across the marketing stack. Rather than serving as a pure builder or experimental innovator, the Marketing Enterprise Project Manager ensures initiatives are well‑planned, production‑ready, properly governed, and sustainably operated within everyday marketing systems. Success in this role means projects ship on time, dependencies are actively managed, risks are surfaced early, stakeholders remain aligned, and AI‑powered capabilities within core marketing platforms deliver measurable impact with long‑term reliability.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience leading enterprise project management, technical program management, marketing operations, or workflow delivery work.
  • A track record of delivering complex, cross‑functional initiatives involving enterprise platforms, automation, and AI‑enabled capabilities in production.
  • Hands‑on experience managing the rollout, evolution, or governance of AI features within core marketing or GTM platforms.
  • Strong discipline managing timelines, dependencies, risks, and cross‑team accountability—especially in fast‑moving, matrixed environments.
  • Sharp attention to detail, with a bias toward documentation, quality, governance, and operational readiness.
  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills, including executive‑ready updates and durable process documentation.
  • Comfort operating amid ambiguity while bringing structure that helps teams move faster.
  • Familiarity with enterprise marketing operations or go‑to‑market workflows (strongly preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Ensure marketing initiatives move from intake to launch with clear ownership, realistic timelines, and disciplined execution.
  • Deliver large‑scale, cross‑functional programs (campaigns, events, operational transformations, AI initiatives) on time and with fewer last‑minute escalations.
  • Identify and communicate dependencies, risks, and tradeoffs early to enable faster decision-making.
  • Align stakeholders across Marketing Ops, RevOps, Product Marketing, Events, and Technology around priorities, scope, and delivery expectations.
  • Roll out AI-enabled capabilities within core marketing platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Qualified) in a structured, enterprise-ready manner.
  • Ensure AI profiles, agents, and embedded AI functionality are consistently configured, governed, and maintained across marketing systems.
  • Ensure AI-driven workflows (e.g., routing, scoring, personalization, chat, decision support) behave predictably, responsibly, and in line with agreed standards.
  • Plan, test, document, and enable platform AI changes, ensuring operational readiness.
  • Maintain scalable and maintainable integrations, data flows, identity resolution, and scoring logic supporting AI use cases.
  • Ensure marketing teams trust AI-powered tools through reliability, auditability, and clear ownership.
  • Provide executive-ready reporting on delivery progress, platform health, and AI impact.
  • Surface and address operational friction, recurring process gaps, and AI behavior issues through structured project plans.
  • Contribute to an enterprise marketing operations roadmap that balances innovation with stability.
  • Ensure AI adoption drives measurable improvements in efficiency, throughput, and experience.
  • Maintain sustainable marketing systems and processes with clear documentation, handoffs, and ownership models.
