The Enterprise Project Manager oversees customer support activities related to complex production projects at DCG ONE. This position works closely with customers and internal teams to ensure projects are completed accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. Experience in project management, data entry, print production, or marketing agency environments is highly valued. Requirements

  • At least three (3) years of experience in sales or project management.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of experience in print production or marketing agencies.
  • Knowledge of print production.

Responsibilities

  • Exercise a high degree of discretion to successfully manage projects.
  • Work closely with multiple internal departments to ensure that all stakeholders are informed about updates or changes to jobs in process.
  • Gather project-specific information.
  • Accurately translates specifications and scheduling into MIS systems.
  • Complete all necessary sub-forms (proof requests, pre-flight forms, special instruction sheets, inventory forms, shipping requests, etc.) and distribute all necessary paperwork to the appropriate departments.
  • Liaise between customer, sales, creative agency, project management, and production staff.
  • Coordinate installation activity with customers and DCG ONE installation manager.
  • Works with the Solution Support team to create and maintain any custom programs needed for specific accounts/projects.
  • Manage multiple conflicting priorities.
  • Maintain confidential or sensitive information.
  • Maintain customer inventory.
