About The Position

The Enterprise Client POD is building a new team to support rapid growth with enterprise retail brands, focusing on innovation, speed, and white-glove service. This team will include roles in Project Management, Creative, R&D, Technical Training, Client Experience, and Business Operations. Requirements

5+ years in enterprise project or program management.
Experience in apparel decoration, embellishments or manufacturing preferred.
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
Proficient in project management platforms (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet, or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Serve as the central hub for enterprise client programs — managing timelines, deliverables, cross-department communication, and operational feasibility. The EPM ensures every project meets performance, quality, and delivery standards while representing the client’s voice internally.
Lead end-to-end project execution for enterprise accounts, from onboarding to ongoing operations.
Develop and manage project timelines, deliverable schedules, and internal task ownership.
Coordinate with production, operations, and creative teams to validate program feasibility.
Maintain project tracking dashboards and documentation.
Host weekly syncs with clients and internal stakeholders.
Escalate risks proactively and ensure defined service levels are met.
Support strategic planning, forecasting, and post-project reviews.
