Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, Heidi is growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health. The Enterprise Technical Project Manager will own the end-to-end technical project plan for enterprise implementations, defining milestones, managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and driving ownership and accountability across internal and external teams. This role involves leading the creation of detailed technical project plans in collaboration with Engineering and the Solutions Engineer, translating customer requirements into executable delivery plans. The manager will also lead implementation planning sessions with customer IT, clinical informatics, and operational stakeholders, serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-signature, managing expectations, and communicating progress. Internally, the role acts as the voice of the customer, bringing back field feedback, surfacing bugs and product gaps, and escalating issues to Engineering and Product. The manager will work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure a seamless implementation experience and proactively identify and manage risks and escalations.
