About The Position

Heidi is building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to make healthcare continuous and deeply human. The company is a team of doctors, engineers, designers, researchers, and creatives. In just 18 months, Heidi has given back more than 18 million hours to healthcare professionals, supporting 73 million patient visits in 116 countries, with over two million patient visits each week powered by Heidi worldwide. Backed by nearly $100 million in funding, Heidi is growing in the US, UK, Canada, and Europe, partnering with leading health systems including the NHS, Beth Israel Lahey Health, and Monash Health. The Enterprise Technical Project Manager will own the end-to-end technical project plan for enterprise implementations, defining milestones, managing timelines, tracking dependencies, and driving ownership and accountability across internal and external teams. This role involves leading the creation of detailed technical project plans in collaboration with Engineering and the Solutions Engineer, translating customer requirements into executable delivery plans. The manager will also lead implementation planning sessions with customer IT, clinical informatics, and operational stakeholders, serving as the primary technical point of contact for customers post-signature, managing expectations, and communicating progress. Internally, the role acts as the voice of the customer, bringing back field feedback, surfacing bugs and product gaps, and escalating issues to Engineering and Product. The manager will work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure a seamless implementation experience and proactively identify and manage risks and escalations.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Technical Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or customer-facing delivery role in SaaS, healthcare IT, or enterprise software
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise implementations from kickoff through go-live
  • Technically fluent and comfortable discussing HL7 and FHIR integrations, SSO, and data workflows
  • Experience working directly with healthcare providers, health systems, or EMR, such as Epic and Cerner
  • Exceptional organizational skills: Able to manage multiple enterprise implementations simultaneously without dropping the ball
  • Strong communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You are equally comfortable in an engineering standup and an executive status call
  • A natural escalation manager: You surface problems early, not after they've already impacted the customer
  • Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, early-stage environment where process is still being built

  • Internal Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the voice of the customer internally — bringing back field feedback, surfacing bugs and product gaps, and escalating issues to Engineering and Product with the context needed to prioritize and resolve them quickly.
  • Customer Success Partnership: Work hand-in-hand with Customer Success to ensure a seamless implementation experience, with clear handoffs, shared context, and a unified customer-facing presence.
