Marketing Manager

OneDegree, a Hong Kong-based InsurTech company, is seeking a Marketing Manager to help achieve sales targets and expand market shares. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, 5+ years of relevant work experience, and strong organizational and project management skills. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing the execution of marketing campaigns, working closely with creative and media agencies, and coordinating with internal parties to deliver quality work on time. • Manage the execution of marketing campaigns by working closely with creative agency and media agency to completion and ensure the quality of work
• Work closely with internal designer to ensure different marketing materials development completed in quality manner
• Support the English copywriting of marketing materials
• Play a good team player in coordinating with different internal parties in delivery of good quality work on time

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism or a related field
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in communications and marketing
• Experience in English copywriting is preferred
• Strong organizational and project management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and manage projects assigned through completion with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as a highly resourceful team player under pressure and within deadlines.
• Creative and innovative thinker, who actively presents new opportunities, proposes solutions and recommends best practices.
