Marketing Executive (Digital)

OneDegree, an InsurTech company, is seeking a Marketing Executive to develop strategies that match customer requirements and promote their products and services. The role involves evaluating campaign performance, conducting competitor research, ensuring marketing plans are executed on time, and generating leads for products and services. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in marketing communications, advertising, or a related field, and 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing specialist role or similar role in the insurance industry.

• Evaluate campaign performance and data analytics
• Conduct competitor research and offer analysis to identify the target audience
• Ensure marketing plans are executed according to the project timeline
• Monitor competitor activity and generating leads for products and services
• Evaluates program performance and investigates opportunities in order to recommend promotions and strategies that drive dining program spend and member engagement
• Manage the development of appropriate, timely and measurable Affiliate/Aggregator initiatives for key strategic objectives of the business unit including programs to acquire new customers.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, advertising or other related field is required
• 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing specialist role, entry-level marketing, B2B, life insurance, or similar role in the insurance industry is a plus
• Proven proficiency leveraging CRM, analytics platforms, and marketing automation tools
• Computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office programs including Word and Excel
• Exemplary organization, project management, analytical, and verbal/written communication skills are required
