Product Associate

We are looking for a Product Associate to join our team at OneDegree, a new generation InsurTech company. As a Product Associate, you will be responsible for conducting research and analysis to identify customer needs and market gaps, collaborating with product design and development teams, managing product development cycles and release timelines, and ensuring successful launches. We are seeking someone with 1-2 years of relevant experience, strong business acumen, good communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and proactively. • Help with research, usability studies, market analysis, and competitive analysis to identify customer needs, pain points, and potential market gaps
• Understand product goals, take part in developing and executing product roadmap
• Collaborate with product design & product development team to deliver curated user requirements
• Measure and analyze launched product features and feed insights to stakeholders and product development team
• Manage product development cycle and release timeline, ensure timely and successful launch
• Manage product internationalization and content mapping

• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Strong business acumen
