The position requires a high-output operator who can drive immediate results and a strategic builder who can create structure and systems in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. The Marketing Lead will own marketing-driven growth for the business unit, including channel strategy, execution, and performance, with direct accountability to MoM signup growth and revenue impact. Over time, this role has the opportunity to expand into broader marketing leadership.
