About The Position

Stan is seeking a Marketing Lead to own and scale the second half of their growth flywheel. This role is responsible for turning successful entrepreneurs into signups and revenue. The position requires a high-output operator who can drive immediate results and a strategic builder who can create structure and systems in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. The Marketing Lead will own marketing-driven growth for the business unit, including channel strategy, execution, and performance, with direct accountability to MoM signup growth and revenue impact. Over time, this role has the opportunity to expand into broader marketing leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving revenue through marketing
  • Experience owning or influencing core growth metrics (signups, LTV/CAC, conversion)
  • Strong instinct for what actually drives customer action
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Experience working in ambiguous, fast-moving, early-stage environments
  • High ownership and bias toward outcomes over activity

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in prosumer / consumer software or products
  • Experience scaling from single-channel → multi-channel growth
  • Experience building structure within chaotic environments
  • Background in creator economy, marketplaces, or social-driven products

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive customer acquisition through marketing, with direct accountability for signups and revenue
  • Define and execute channel strategy (what to run, when, and why)
  • Expand beyond organic into new channels (paid, lifecycle, partnerships, etc.)
  • Build a marketing engine and organization within the business unit from scratch
  • Turn success stories into high-performing acquisition assets
  • Own execution end-to-end - from idea → launch → optimization
  • Introduce structure where needed (reporting, prioritization, systems) without slowing speed
  • Partner cross-functionally to increase conversion and volume
  • Own performance reporting and communicate insights clearly
