About The Position

The Chamberlin + Associates Marketing Internship gives Marketing and Communications students hands-on experience inside a high-volume, operationally driven property management company. Interns gain exposure to marketing operations, analytics, and website management, and portfolio performance across multifamily communities throughout Arizona. The internship focuses on Marketing & Leasing Support (40%), Analytics & Reporting (25%), and Digital Presence & Brand Support (35%).

Requirements

• Junior or Senior pursuing Marketing, Communications, Business, or related degree
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interest in real estate, multifamily housing, or operations-driven marketing
• Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics and reporting

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with marketing tools, Canva, Excel, or digital platforms preferred

Responsibilities

• Lease-up campaign support for new and underperforming communities
• Competitive market analysis and positioning research
• Property marketing coordination including signage, flyers, and digital updates
• Traffic source and lead conversion reporting
• Manage ILS platforms (Apartments.com, Zillow, etc.)
• Coordinate photography and video coordination for property marketing
• Website content updates and reputation monitoring support
• Capstone project focused on marketing strategy or operational improvement recommendations
