About The Position

NE Property Management is seeking a creative, motivated, and tech-savvy Marketing Intern to support our marketing initiatives across multiple apartment communities and affiliated businesses. This position is ideal for a student or recent graduate interested in marketing, social media, content creation, branding, and emerging technology trends. The Marketing Intern will assist with social media management, content creation, photography, digital marketing projects, and research on new marketing tools and technologies. This role offers hands-on experience in a fast-paced real estate and property management environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum one (1) year of Property Management or Leasing Consultant experience preferred.
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience managing social media accounts and creating digital content.
  • Experience uploading and managing photos and videos for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Creative, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar graphic design software preferred.
  • Interest in emerging technology, AI tools, and digital marketing trends preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating and scheduling social media content for company and community accounts.
  • Responsible for capturing, editing, and uploading photos and videos for websites, social media platforms, and marketing campaigns.
  • Responsible for researching new marketing trends, AI tools, and emerging technologies to enhance marketing initiatives.
  • Responsible for creating marketing materials, flyers, graphics, and promotional content.
  • Responsible for maintaining online content, website updates, and digital listings.
  • Responsible for monitoring social media engagement and assisting with responses to comments and messages.
  • Responsible for supporting resident events, community outreach efforts, and special marketing projects.
  • Responsible for ensuring brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
  • Act as a resource for identifying innovative marketing opportunities and best practices.
  • Perform other marketing-related duties as assigned.
