This paid internship offers hands‑on experience supporting real, live digital marketing campaigns across paid search and paid social channels. The intern will gain practical exposure to campaign execution, ad creative testing, performance reporting, and optimization while working closely with experienced marketers. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in data‑driven digital marketing and grow toward a future career in paid media or demand generation. Requirements

  • Current enrollment in or recent completion of a Marketing, Communications, or Business degree
  • Familiarity with Google Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube, Meta Ads Manager, Excel, and Canva
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Curiosity, organization, and a proactive learning mindset in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Support live Google Ads and LinkedIn paid social campaigns, contributing to stable launches and incremental improvements in CTR and CPC. Campaign components assigned to the intern are executed accurately and on schedule.
  • Create multiple ad copy and creative variations and support at least one round of A/B testing per active campaign.
  • Establish and maintain a repeatable reporting cadence and standardized format for paid campaign performance across search and social channels.
  • Deliver structured keyword and audience research outputs that are used in at least one new or optimized paid campaign.
  • Consistently support email, content, and SEO initiatives as assigned, meeting deadlines and quality expectations.
