About The Position

CFDay is seeking a motivated Marketing Intern to assist with various marketing operations initiatives. This part-time role involves supporting CRM and data management, Zoho One applications, marketing automation, process improvement, and collaboration with the Marketing Manager. The intern will gain hands-on experience with marketing systems and tools, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of the marketing team.

• Ability to work 10 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Assist with cleaning, organizing, and maintaining CRM data within Zoho CRM.
• Help track leads, contacts, and customer activity.
• Support ongoing CRM organization and improvement efforts.
• Assist with Zoho One applications, including CRM, Campaigns, Forms, and Flow.
• Help ensure systems and workflows are functioning properly.
• Support troubleshooting and testing activities.
• Assist with automation setup and workflow updates.
• Support lead capture workflows from website forms.
• Assist with website visitor tracking tools and reporting.
• Help support automated email follow-ups and marketing workflows.
• Assist with integrations and automation-related tasks.
• Help document workflows and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
• Support implementation of new marketing and lead management processes.
• Work directly with the Marketing Manager on marketing operations initiatives.
• Provide support for marketing systems and tools.
• Participate in team meetings and project activities as needed.
