About The Position

Arona Home Essentials is an industry leader with a long legacy and continued growth, operating over 50 stores in various states and Puerto Rico. The company is built on a foundation of excellence, customer focus, quality products, and services. They are currently seeking a Marketing and Growth Manager to contribute to the growth and retention of customers, manage employees, set sales goals, handle customer agreements, explore revenue opportunities, and represent the company in the local community.

Requirements

  • Must have HIGH ENERGY.
  • Must have a proven track record as a sale closer.
  • Must have 2 years retail, restaurant, or related experience.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a satisfactory MVR (driving record).
  • D.O.T. physical/certification in states that require it.
  • a valid Driver’s License.
  • comply with the Arona Home Essentials Driver Qualification Policy.
  • pass a drug screen.
  • criminal background investigation before beginning employment.

  • Bi-lingual is a PLUS!

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the growth and retention of customers.
  • Continuously develop, train, and manager employees.
  • Responsible for setting and attaining sales goals.
  • Manage expired customer agreements.
  • Explore and react to profitable revenue opportunities within the store.
  • Take a visible role in representing Arona Home Essentials in the local community.
