Engineered Intelligence Inc.Toronto, ON

About The Position

Engineered Intelligence is growing quickly, and we are looking for a Marketing Generalist to help build and scale our marketing function. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on writing and communication. A significant portion of the work involves developing content for a highly technical audience of utility professionals and engineers. The successful candidate will be comfortable producing a wide range of content, including product-focused materials, press releases, case studies, blog posts, and technical white papers, working closely with subject matter experts where needed. Beyond content creation, the role enables a broader set of marketing activities. This includes contributing to campaign execution and account-based marketing efforts, helping build and engage a growing client community, and supporting general marketing operations to ensure consistent and effective execution across initiatives. The role requires a high degree of adaptability. The candidate will be expected to move across different types of work, take on multiple responsibilities, and contribute wherever needed to support the team. Equally important is the candidate’s approach to working with AI. We view AI as a tool to improve efficiency, streamline workflows, and support day-to-day execution. The expectation is that you are comfortable using these tools where they add value. At the same time, this is a role built around human judgment, communication, and writing. We want a human being.

  • Modern tool fluency: you use AI to accelerate requirements, prototype ideas, and explore edge cases
