About The Position

Sibie Ltd is a healthcare group expanding its services across the UK, Europe, the USA, and the Gulf region. The company is seeking a dedicated, motivated Marketing Executive to join its team in New York City and help grow online sales in the US market. The ideal candidate has hands-on e-commerce marketing experience, preferably with an online pharmacy or telehealth brand, and is confident appearing on camera to represent the company’s brands in digital content.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of proven experience in e-commerce marketing.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and email/SMS tools such as Klaviyo.
• Practical experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
• Confident and comfortable appearing on camera and presenting in video content.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret campaign data and act on it.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice To Haves

• Experience marketing for an online pharmacy, telehealth, or healthcare e-commerce brand.
• Awareness of US advertising rules for telehealth and prescription products.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run e-commerce marketing campaigns to drive traffic, conversions, and repeat orders on the US online store.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and other relevant channels, tracking spend, return on ad spend, and cost per acquisition.
• Build and manage email and SMS campaigns and automated flows, including welcome, abandoned-cart, and win-back journeys.
• Improve conversion rates through work on product pages, landing pages, and e-commerce promotions.
• Appear in video content for social media, advertisements, and product launches, presenting products and services confidently.
• Create and coordinate marketing content with design, video, and social media teams.
• Ensure marketing for telehealth and prescription products follows US advertising rules and platform policies, working with the clinical team.
• Monitor campaign performance and report weekly results with recommendations for improvement.
• Keep up to date with US e-commerce, online pharmacy, and telehealth marketing trends.
