About The Position

Sales Engine helps home service businesses build a marketing and sales "operating system" for their business. Marketing Engineers are "hands on" service providers, coaches, and consultants. Sales Engine is a marketing and sales solution company serving the home services and home improvement niches, with customers in all US time zones and Canada. The company aims to change the lives of business owners by helping them create predictable marketing and sales growth. It is a small company with big goals and is growing quickly. A Marketing Engineer is essentially a "Marketing Manager" equipped with additional direct marketing tools and sales pipeline visibility to help businesses achieve their monthly sales targets. This role involves monitoring a business's performance, identifying missed opportunities, and making recommendations to ensure leads are on track and growth is realized.

Requirements

• 3-5 Years of Digital Marketing Experience
• Understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Other Digital Platforms
• Understand Basic Principles of Sales, Marketing, CRM and Sales Pipeline Management and Ad Creation
• Communicate Effectively with Business Owners
• Discipline Yourself and Prioritize Your Work
• Be a Great Team Player

Nice To Haves

• CRM Experience is Preferred and a Plus
• Additional Sales Experience a Plus
