About The Position

The Marketing Director manages program revenue marketing, department project management, and core marketing channels—including email, organic social media, the website, and SEO/AEO—to grow YMCA membership, program enrollment, and community engagement. Within organizational goals, budgets, and brand standards established with the VP of Marketing and Communications, the Director exercises independent judgment in setting campaign strategies and targets, audience and channel approaches, timing, and department priorities.
