About The Position

OTT Pay is looking for a driven and creative Marketing & Creative Coordinator to join their growing team. This is a hands-on, in-person role where you will work directly alongside the Head of Digital Innovation & Growth to support a wide range of marketing initiatives — from content creation and campaign execution to sales materials, event support, and brand development. This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable behind a design tool and in front of people — someone who brings energy, creativity, and a team-first attitude to everything they do. Flexibility is key: you will be expected to wear multiple hats, adapt to shifting priorities, and contribute across a range of tasks beyond a traditional marketing scope — from supporting business operations to jumping in wherever the team needs you most.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, design, or related role
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
  • Strong skills in Canva and Microsoft PowerPoint
  • A good eye for design
  • Extroverted, personable, and comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)
  • Familiarity with Figma or other design tools
  • Prior experience in a marketing, creative, or business support role
  • Interest in fintech, payments, or the financial services industry
  • Fluency in Mandarin

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of social media content, including graphics, short-form videos, and static posts
  • Design and produce marketing materials such as sales sheets, presentations, brochures, and pitch decks
  • Support the development and execution of in-store activations, promotional events, and marketing campaigns
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all internal and external documents and communications
  • Assist in the preparation of partnership proposals, client-facing documents, and business presentations
  • Contribute to go-to-market planning and campaign rollout for new products and initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (agencies, vendors, merchants) on creative deliverables
  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and provide general assistance to the marketing function
