About The Position

We're looking for a talented and versatile Marketing Copywriter who can bring our brand to life through compelling, conversion-focused content across every stage of the customer journey. This role is responsible for creating engaging copy that supports marketing campaigns, product launches, events, client communications, and internal initiatives. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, strategist, and editor—someone who understands how to craft messaging that resonates with different audiences while maintaining a consistent brand voice. You'll collaborate closely with marketing, coaching, events, and creative teams to develop content that drives awareness, engagement, retention, and growth. This role also requires comfort working with AI-powered writing tools to increase efficiency while maintaining high standards for quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of copywriting experience in a marketing, agency, or in-house environment.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience writing across multiple channels, including email, web, paid media, social media, and video.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Jasper, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of SEO best practices and content optimization.
  • Experience developing messaging frameworks, brand voice guidelines, and content standards.
  • Strong collaboration and project management skills.
  • Ability to interpret performance data and apply insights to improve content effectiveness.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working within content management systems (CMS) and email marketing platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Write compelling, conversion-focused copy across multiple marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Develop content for email campaigns, landing pages, paid advertisements, social media, webinars, video scripts, event promotions, podcasts, websites, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Produce content that supports prospects, clients, coaches, and internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage AI writing tools to accelerate content production while ensuring quality, accuracy, and brand alignment.
  • Maintain a consistent content cadence across active campaigns and marketing channels.
  • Help define, document, and maintain brand voice, messaging frameworks, and tone guidelines.
  • Create messaging playbooks and content standards that support consistency across teams and platforms.
  • Develop audience-specific messaging tailored to different customer personas and stages of the buyer journey.
  • Ensure all content reflects the company's positioning, values, and strategic objectives.
  • Write in the voice of Tom Ferry and other company leaders when needed, adapting tone and style appropriately.
  • Stay current on platform trends, content best practices, and emerging communication strategies.
  • Create acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation messaging across the customer lifecycle.
  • Write and optimize ad copy, email subject lines, calls-to-action, landing pages, and promotional content.
  • Partner with design and creative teams to ensure copy and visuals work together effectively.
  • Apply SEO best practices to improve search visibility and organic performance.
  • Continuously refine messaging based on campaign results, audience insights, and performance metrics.
  • Review content performance and recommend testing opportunities to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Analyze campaign results and audience feedback to strengthen messaging effectiveness.
  • Bring a data-driven mindset to content development and optimization.
  • Stay current on marketing trends, AI tools, and content innovations that can improve efficiency and results.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, coaching, events, sales, and creative teams.
  • Edit, proofread, and fact-check content for accuracy and consistency.
  • Support content planning, campaign execution, and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
  • Contribute ideas that help drive audience growth, engagement, and revenue.
