About The Position
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the marketing team with building and maintaining a strong online presence through social media channels and the company website. They will also assist the Marketing Department with a variety of other marketing task.
Requirements
- A passion for marketing, social media management, sales, and customer service
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience with graphic design
Responsibilities
- Manage digital campaigns (such as Google Ads, Email Marketing, & Social Media Ads) and Social Media platforms (strategy, design, content creation)
- Create engaging text, image, and video content to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around the organization
- Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics
- Create content and update all company websites
- Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
- Gather content and create internal newsletter
- Event planning and activation for golf tournaments or client hosting events
- Monitoring 3rd party websites for lead generation and conflict resolution
- Design and execute both physical and digital marketing collateral for sales team
- Coordinate apparel requirements and place orders for all brands
- Manage the Quality Questionnaire Surveys
- Manage Google Review Program
- Manage BCSPCA partnership, events and soc
