About The Position

The Marketing Assistant will support the marketing function across multiple brands and channels, ensuring smooth operations and direct impact on revenue and leadership decisions. Responsibilities

  • Execute the marketing playbook with precision.
  • Keep marketing projects on track and ensure nothing drops.
  • Learn and execute the company's operational methods.
  • Communicate proactively and keep projects on track.
  • Track outcomes, maintain dashboards, and ensure data accuracy.
  • Operate independently once a task or project is assigned.
  • Own daily and weekly tracking, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.
  • Build and maintain reports that leadership can rely on.
  • Drive communication between internal teams and vendors, managing updates and deadlines.
  • Support marketing operations including collateral, wearables, print materials, and business cards.
  • Manage scheduling and internal handoffs for marketing tasks.
  • QA and test forms, tracking mechanisms, and lead attribution processes.
  • Take over social media management and review responses.
  • Shadow vendor meetings and learn accountability management.
  • Research new marketing tactics or vendors and present data-backed recommendations.
  • Lead defined projects such as collateral refreshes, vendor transitions, and wearable management.
  • Identify lead-generation optimizations based on performance data.
