About The Position

Apex Leaders custom-recruits industry experts for its private equity firm clients. The company is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator to manage day-to-day marketing execution, including campaigns, content production, social media posting, light design, and vendor and project coordination. The role involves executing marketing tasks under the direction of the VP and utilizing existing automated systems to ensure consistent marketing output. This position requires approximately 15-20 hours per week and is designed for individuals who excel in a focused, high-impact environment. The company emphasizes shared core working hours for team integration and real-time collaboration, specifically Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM Central Time. Outside of these core hours, the remaining weekly project work can be structured flexibly. The role can be based at the headquarters in Boise, ID, with a hybrid work arrangement, or remotely from specific states (Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, New York, Florida, New Jersey, Texas, or Nebraska). The Marketing Coordinator will report to the VP of Marketing and be part of the Marketing team. Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of hands-on marketing execution in a coordinator, campaign, or marketing operations role.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited undergraduate institution or relevant equivalent experience required.
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through across multiple projects.
  • Clean, on-brand writing, with confident use of AI writing tools.
  • Ability to work as a self-starter with minimal oversight, while maintaining collaboration and open communication with the team.
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn ads and organic, plus a social scheduling tool.
  • Experience with email and marketing automation.
  • Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Attio, or Salesforce).
  • Experience with Canva for light design.
  • Experience with Asana for project management.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools such as Claude or ChatGPT.
  • Basic understanding of web analytics (Google Analytics GA4).
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Experience with Gravity Forms or Jot Forms.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, schedule, and run campaigns across LinkedIn (ads and organic) and email.
  • Draft and finalize light copy with AI assistance, adhering to Apex Leaders' brand voice, for social media, email, ads, and campaign assets.
  • Produce light design using Canva for social media, email, and campaigns.
  • Coordinate with design, web, and SEO vendors, managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Organize projects, campaign boards, and assets in Asana.
  • Support events and webinars with logistics, promotion, and coordination.
  • Track and report campaign performance.
  • Deliver MQLs (Marketing Qualified Leads) to the sales team for follow-up.
  • Collaborate with the website vendor to maintain website updates.
